Senior Market Sales, Inc. (SMS) is a leading insurance broker focused on Medicare solutions, long-term care insurance, life insurance and annuities. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who share our commitment to excellence in customer service. Due to recent growth and on-going customer demands we have several openings in Omaha, Nebraska for experienced professionals in the areas of marketing, contracting, technical support and case management (relocation reimbursement not available at this time).
Responsibilities for these positions include but are not limited to:
Marketing:
- Learning and retaining a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products.
- Processing incoming and outgoing calls, gathering and verifying required information, answering questions and providing agents with product and marketing advice.
- Achieving assigned sales goals.
- Licensed to sell life and health insurance preferred but not required.
Contracting
- Processing agent contracts and licenses.
- Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Case Management
- Managing and underwriting support for life and health insurance cases.
- Insurance brokerage background required.
Information Technology
- Providing technical support in a team environment with duties to include programming and telephone system support.
- Must have a degree in computer science or a related field.
Additional requirements - all positions
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Operating a phone system, copier, and other office equipment.
- Meeting and training session attendance as scheduled and performing additional duties as required.
