Mutual of Omaha to Offer EyeMed Vision Program with Medicare Supplement Mutual of Omaha will begin offering a vision discount program to all its Medicare supplement policyholders, effective 6/23/08 for all policies issued under Mutual of Omaha, United of Omaha and United World in all states except NJ, NY, OK and SD. The new EyeMed Vision Care® discount program will save your clients money on routine eye exams, eyeglasses and contacts.
In the next few weeks, Mutual will send a letter accompanied by the attachment to all its current Medicare supplement policyholders to inform them of their membership. As an EyeMed member, they will receive discounts through any one of the thousands of participating optical care providers nationwide.
Marketing Materials A single page flyer (M26588) has been developed for your use after the sale of a Medicare supplement plan. You may use this piece to inform your client that they will receive membership in the EyeMed vision discount as a Mutual, United or United World policyholder.
