You'll never hear Bruce call his job boring. The annuity case manager relishes the challenges that make each day different: "Different agents to help, different carriers to work with, different transfers to follow up on, different issues, both good and bad, to deal with."
After obtaining life, health and annuity insurance licenses in 1991, Bruce worked for more than six years as a field agent selling insurance for a major carrier, winning a top award for selling life policies in only his first year as an agent. He then moved into the annuity industry and spent eight years working in the annuity new business departments for two major carriers. Today, he uses his experience to help agents solve any problems that arise with issuing policies and to bring cases to a successful conclusion. He prides himself on providing great service before, during and after a policy issue — so that agents are convinced that working with Senior Market Sales is the best thing they can do to grow their business.
Bruce was born and raised in Omaha, Neb. He and his wife, Stacey, have two children — daughter Lauren and son Connor. When not busy attending his children's activities, Bruce likes to work around the house or spend time golfing, bowling and camping.
