Mark is a 30-year veteran of the insurance and financial services industry. He started his career as life agent and eventually over 14 years became a financial advisor obtaining his Series 6, 7, 26, 63 and 65 licenses as well as the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF®) designation. He also has the Certified Wholesaling Consultant designation (CWC).
While in the field, Mark qualified for his company’s Million Dollar Conferences and achieved all five of that company’s major Honor Clubs. After leaving the field, Mark held positions as an assistant vice president at an investment management firm and supervisor of wholesaling in the wirehouse channel of a major annuity insurance carrier.
As Senior Market Sales’ Associate Director of Annuities, Mark’s strength is providing marketing consultants with sales ideas to take to the field and holding them accountable to their goals, which in turn keeps them accountable to their customers — the advisors in the field. Mark also leads the multi-year guaranteed annuity (MYGA) team, which specializes in three-, five- and seven-year fixed MYGAs.
His greatest enjoyment comes with working with sales consultants and playing a role in their success both personally and professionally.
Mark is married and has three children. In his spare time enjoys golf and college football.
