New CMS Regulations - Rules, Guidelines and Frequently Asked Questions

Earlier this year, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) implemented
a new regulation that will affect your Medicare Advantage (MA), Medicare Advantage
plus Part D (MA-PD) and Part D (PDP) business beginning October 1, 2022. To assist in
managing your compliance obligations, Senior Market Sales® (SMS) has put together this
brief informational summary of the important aspects of these new rules, coupled with
a list of changes you will need to implement in your interactions with beneficiaries.
