Annuity Producer Survey Results

We recently conducted a survey of 80 annuity producers in an effort to learn more about their goals, sales methods and training interests. The results will help us to develop training and programs that producers need to leverage time, make more money and put their business in a position of distinction. We thought these results might also be useful for you to “compare notes” with some of your peers, so we created a quick summary to share them with our agents.

Survey Highlights:

  • 98% say addressing Social Security issues with their clients is somewhat or very important*
  • 75% of agents ask all of their clients for referrals
  • 6.3% never ask for referrals
  • 70% schedule annuity appointments by cross-selling from other products
