Because Judith Moses, an insurance industry veteran of 35 years, plans to turn her agency over to her daughter, bringing her to the 2014 Advanced Sales Forum in Omaha last week was a no-brainer.
“This is a very good opportunity to be here so that she can meet all of the key figures at Senior Market Sales, because this is the backbone of our agency,”
Moses of Ironton, Mo., said. “This is the brokerage house that I want her to deal with exclusively.”
Moses was one of 67 agents from across the country who descended on downtown Omaha June 11th through the 13th for the training, which this year focused on teaching agents how to boost production by helping clients plan for legacy, income, final expense and extended care needs. While the training is one of SMS’ premiere annual events, it’s just one of the many benefits available to agents who work with SMS.
Moses said she’s worked exclusively with SMS for about 11 years for those very benefits, which include the staff’s ability to solve problems and their friendly, responsive customer service.
