Giovanna Demiranda Though Giovanna Demiranda specializes in long-term care insurance, her varied insurance background makes her a “one-stop shop” of sorts for agents who need help with any product that SMS offers. Skip Liddell As National LTC Sales Director for Senior Market Sales, Skip Liddell is responsible for developing marketing and training programs that help drive LTC sales for our agents. Specializing in the LTC market since 1987, Skip founded LTC Solutions, Inc., an LTC marketing consulting firm, in 2000. He has also served as the National Sales and Marketing Director for the Certified in Long-Term Care, CLTC designation program since 2000 and to date over 25,000 students have participated in CLTC training.

Mary Love Mary Love graduated from UNO with a degree in nursing. She entered the workforce as a field insurance agent for a major Midwest carrier where she worked in Special Risk division selling health and accident, AD&D, life and annuities. A promotion to the Travel division sent her out as a field agent on the east coast for over 20 years. This position afforded Mary many opportunities to grow her block of business to an annual revenue of $2.2 million. Paul NelsonPaul Nelson can draw on his nearly 40 years of experience in the insurance business to help you improve your practice. Andrew Petersen Andrew Petersen started in the insurance industry in 2007 where he was a marketer for a brokerage that specialized in recruiting agents for Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Life Insurance products. Jacquelyn Slaughter As Associate Director of Long-Term Care, Jackie Slaughter, CLTC is responsible for driving the strategic marketing direction for the long-term care insurance (LTCi) product line and managing key carrier and agency relationships for Senior Market Sales, Inc. With 28 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jackie serves as an expert resource for agents in both the worksite and individual LTCi markets. Evonne Urkoski As the specialist in the major medical and retail program markets, Evonne Urkoski answers agent questions and addresses their concerns, using her expertise to help as quickly as possible.
