Transactional Texts to Agents
Now, you can receive transactional texts regarding a client’s scope of appointment and enrollment status. Plus, all texts will automatically be documented in Lead Advantage Pro’s conversation log. It’s easy to turn on this new feature as long as you have a valid mobile number.
Ability to Change ZIP Code Information on the Provider Search Page
This new feature allows you to alter ZIP code information for better primary care search results on the Provider Search page.

Added Medicaid Number and State fields to Client Self-Service

Standard Drug Pricing Now Included on Drug Tier Pricing Page
Retail, standard and mail order pricing are now shown as a side-by-side comparison on the Drug Tier Pricing page. Having this information presented in this manner helps clients make educated decisions regarding which drug tier option is most suitable for them.

Medicare Name Field Is Now ‘Read Only’ Mode
The Medicare Name field will automatically populate in First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name format, and show in “read only” mode.

Know when clients update their pharmacy, prescription or provider information through Lead Advantage Pro’s Client Self-Service portal. This automatic notification gives you the opportunity to reach out to the client and discuss how these changes affect their current plan.
