As an internal marketing consultant, Robyn Waters connects agents to the many resources and tools Senior Market Sales® (SMS) provides which will enable them to better navigate through the Medicare maze. She helps agents with contracting, explaining products, processes and how the SMS tools and resources can save tremendous amounts of time, especially during AEP. Agents can feel secure in knowing she will have their back.

At the suggestion of a friend, Robyn obtained her health and accident insurance license about a decade ago and worked part-time as an independent Medicare agent while working her full-time job. In 2019, she started working full-time in the healthcare industry as a retention agent. This provided her more in-depth knowledge and experience in many aspects of the insurance industry.

Robyn is a Georgia native. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, fine wines, gardening, planning parties and spoiling her dog, Leo. Her most unusual travel destination has been to Midway Island where she had the opportunity to reflect back on the military operations of the soldiers stationed there during World War II.
