Justin Leapley is a Senior Marketing Consultant at Senior Market Sales® (SMS) with over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, supporting agents nationwide in navigating the Medicare landscape and growing their businesses. He provides innovative solutions and technology to help agents attract, serve, and retain clients.

He began his career in 2009 in customer service and has since gained experience selling Medicare and ACA plans, supporting call centers, training agents, and contributing to multiple Medicare Advantage and Supplement carrier launches.

Justin holds an active insurance license and has been involved in leadership development through Toastmasters and the BCBSNE Young Professionals Board. Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Justin enjoys visiting Major League Baseball parks, motorcycle riding, hiking, and exploring new destinations. He is a dedicated fan of the Atlanta Braves and Denver Broncos and has traveled to 41 states by motorcycle.
