Our Team

 As Vice President, Director of Marketing & Strategic Development, Kyle Hiatt works closely with our Mergers and Acquisitions team in exploring opportunities for Senior Market Sales® (SMS) to grow. As SMS grows through acquisitions, agents are provided a potential succession plan if they don’t have one yet. This also leads to operational efficiencies and economies of scale for agents. 

Kyle has been working in the financial services field for nearly three decades. For 26 years, he worked at an RIA and wealth technology firm. During his time there, the firm grew from 25 employees to over 1,400. Kyle currently has his MBA and his Series 65 license.

Kyle grew up just outside of St. Louis, Missouri and is a lifelong fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. When he isn’t working, he enjoys golf, coaching youth sports, and most other outdoor activities.
