New Features to Medicare Insurance Direct Tool Helps Agents

Add current plan feature allows consumers and agents to compare benefits between current and potential plans. Access the Current plan modal to add or update your current plan. Your selected plan will then display at the top of the plans list to be able to compare or quote.



Personalize Benefits

Personalize benefits feature helps tailor plan recommendation by adding individual medical benefits to a beneficiary's profile. Easily differentiate and compare plan benefits to find the plan that's suited for a member's needs.



Preferences Page

The preferences page will now allow users to easily answer their preferences before continuing to plans. Instead of going from tab to tab, users may enter their information in modals which they can now access from any page.



Plan Card Enhancements

Plan card enhancements updates such as a quick link, details button and other icons were added for a better user experience.



Plan List Filters

Plan list filters can now be moved into a single button available at the top of the plans list to help prevent users from being overwhelmed by the amount of information. Consumers may access the filters button at the top of the plans list and easily see what filters they have added as tags.



C-SNP Enhancements

Common conditions associated with drugs will display with prescriptions in a tool tip, and if it appears to be Chronic Condition Special Needs Plan (C-SNP) condition related, a banner will appear on the plan list page indicating the client may qualify for a C-SNP plan.
